A letter written to Stephanie’s Broker from a Buyer relocating to Las Vegas from New York during the housing boom:
When Joe and I decided that we wanted to move to Las Vegas, we know we needed a REALTOR®. In late February we were in Las Vegas meeting with REALTORS®. We were looking for someone that we felt would be competent, reliable, trustworthy and made us feel comfortable with them, since we would have to rely on them while we were still in New York.
We were very impressed with Stephanie’s professionalism. We knew right away that she would be our REALTOR®. She was prompt; prepared with a list of (new home) communities in the area we were interested in, and very personable. It didn’t take us long to find our home (that was not built yet). Stephanie then made sure that all of our T’s were crossed and I’s were dotted before we left the sales office (and placed their names on a waiting list). The next step, wait and see when the release date would be announced. We would receive phone calls from Stephanie to let us know of any developments arose. The day the announcement was made Stephanie camped out overnight, in the rain, at the builer’s sale office. Not only was she able to secure us a lot, is was the first pick of lots in the first phase of construction. We are so excited we still can’t believe it!
We feel that Stephanie has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. We sincerely appreciate all of her hard work and efforts. We are indebted to her. We realize that if if were not for Stephanie’s persistance, we would not have a home.
